What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and the role you sign up as (buyer or vendor).
• Order details: items, delivery state, city, and address you enter at checkout.
• Vendor details: nursery name, location, description, logo, and listings.
• Content you upload: plant photos for listings, your garden, and FloraDoctor.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

To create your account, show your orders, let vendors fulfil and deliver them, generate FloraDoctor guidance, send order and waitlist updates, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your data.

Who can see what

Your profile details are private to you. A vendor only sees the information needed to fulfil your order — such as the items, your delivery location, and order status. Reviews show your rating and comment, not your contact details. Nursery pages are public by design.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, database and storage, payment processing, and the AI model behind FloraDoctor. They process data on our instructions only, and photos sent for diagnosis are used to produce your result.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as needed for bookkeeping. You can edit your profile, delete listings and garden entries, and leave the waitlist at any time. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us.

Security

Access to data is restricted per account through database-level rules, and uploaded images are served through private, time-limited links. No system is perfect — if something looks wrong, tell us and we will investigate.
